A classic seaman’s shawl collar sweater with a genuine wood buttons. Using 3-fold pure new British wool, especially treated to prevent shrinkage. This superb quality sweater combines warmth, comfort and durability and will last for many years whilst retaining its good looks.
On receipt of your order, if you decide that you do not want any item, provided it is returned to us in its original packaging and unused condition along with the wrapping and delivery note (as proof of purchase) within 28 days of delivery, we will exchange it or offer a refund. Items which have been customised to your specification (e.g. through the application of embroidery) cannot be returned unless faulty. Return the item to us carefully packed - we recommend using an insured and trackable service such as Royal Mail special delivery or other courier, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit to us. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item/s to us.
Upon arrival the goods will be inspected to ensure they are of resalable quality prior to issuing a refund. We do not accept responsibility for carriage of the returned items, only the items themselves. Goods will be refunded at their ordered price less delivery charges (UK will be set at £7.50). Where refunds are agreed, these will be processed as soon as possible and within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
Goods sent back to be exchanged for a different style, size or colour will be at your expense and a new carriage charge will be required (UK customers will be charged £5.00 for 2nd despatches).

In the unlikely event that you purchase a product from us which is found to be faulty on receipt, we will supply a replacement, or give you a refund of the purchase price plus and any postage charges paid. Outdoor Knitwear have large stocks of most items in our range, and we are usually able to despatch our sweaters and accessories within 7 days.
If items are out of stock, or if you require embroidery, this will add a little time, so please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If there are any delays, we will let you know.
We always aim to despatch our products as soon as they are available.
In most cases, shipping charges (where applicable) will be added automatically on checkout, based on your delivery postal address or postcode.
Shipping is free throughout the UK (including the Channel Islands). We use a secure courier service, so items will require to be signed for. If your order is urgent, please contact to check availability and to arrange for delivery (If a guaranteed next day delivery service is required, additional charges will apply).
Shipping charges for despatch to Europe, Scandinavia, USA, Canada and Japan, will automatically be added to the cost of the garment (scroll down the page for details)
